Refund Policy

General Provisions. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Modulex Group LLC issues refunds for the purchase of Premium Render Tokens. This policy is strictly governed by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Consumer Rights" and the internet acquiring mandates of Ameriabank CJSC.

Strict No-Refund Condition for Used Tokens. All purchases of Premium Render Tokens are final once the digital service has been initiated. If you have utilized even a single Premium Render Token to generate a 3D render, your right to request a refund for the entire package is permanently waived. The deduction of a token constitutes the commencement of service delivery with your prior express consent.

14-Day Cancellation Right for Unused Tokens. You are entitled to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the transaction date, provided that the purchased Premium Render Tokens remain entirely untouched and unused in your account balance.

Processing of Approved Refunds. To request a refund for an unused token package within the 14-day window, contact us at info@modulex.am. In strict compliance with Ameriabank regulations, all refunds will be issued exclusively via bank transfer back to the original credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, ArCa) used for the transaction. Cash refunds are strictly prohibited.
