Terms of Service
Introduction. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SaaS web application and website owned and operated by Modulex Group LLC, operating under the trade name AI Rerender ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Armenia. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Account Registration. To access the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are strictly responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
Use of the Service. The Service allows users to upload architectural sketches or photographs, which our artificial intelligence processes to generate 3D renders. The Service operates exclusively on a prepaid digital token system ("Premium Render Tokens"). Each AI generation irrevocably consumes a predefined number of tokens from your account balance. Premium Render Tokens hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency outside of the conditions explicitly outlined in our Refund Policy.
No Refunds. All purchases of Premium Render Tokens made on or through the Service are final and non-refundable. In accordance with Article 23 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium is exempt from the right of withdrawal once performance has begun. By utilizing a Premium Render Token to initiate a generation, you provide your unconditional preliminary consent to the commencement of the service and explicitly acknowledge the loss of your right to any refund.
Commercial Usage. Images and 3D renders generated by the AI on the Service based on your uploaded inputs can be used for commercial, professional, and private purposes without any additional fees or royalties owed to the Company. Modulex Group LLC waives any claims of intellectual property ownership over the AI-generated outputs resulting from your prompts.
Intellectual Property. The Service and its original content (excluding User-Generated Content and AI-generated outputs), features, and underlying technology are and will remain the exclusive property of Modulex Group LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Republic of Armenia. You agree not to reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on the Service's software.
User-Generated Content. By uploading sketches or photos ("User Content") to the Service, you represent and warrant that you own all rights to the User Content or have obtained all necessary licenses. You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store the User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service and generating your requested 3D renders.
Termination. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including a breach of the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and all remaining Premium Render Tokens will be forfeited.
Disclaimer. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Company does not warrant that the AI-generated outputs will be perfectly accurate, error-free, or meet your specific aesthetic expectations.
Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Modulex Group LLC, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its employees, contractors, agents, and directors, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses resulting from your use of the Service or your User Content infringing on the intellectual property rights of a third party.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of general jurisdiction of Yerevan, Armenia.
Changes to the Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the website.
Data Breach and Cloud Vendor Liability. The Service relies on third-party cloud infrastructure and AI processing vendors. Modulex Group LLC expressly disclaims all liability for data breaches, service outages, or loss of data originating from failures, cyber-attacks, or negligence on the part of our third-party cloud computing providers.
Payment Disclaimer: Payments are processed via Ameriabank CJSC and the ArCa system. Modulex Group LLC does not store or process raw credit card data.
